INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN AT UWM

As an Instructional Designer for the Closing Training Team at UWM, I specialized in creating educational content for the Change of Circumstance (CofC) team.

The purpose of this team is to review broker-submitted requests for loan structure changes and borrower-paid fees an additions to ensure legality and compliance, and further advise the broker on the requests if necessary. This is required to avoid any possible borrower harm.

My work includes creating in-person and online based training materials, as well as job aids and process guides for on-the-floor guidance. Development focuses on process flow, interaction with information, and pleasing, balanced visuals.
